The 2025 British Junior Open continued today in Birmingham with semi-final matches in all ten categories. All the semi-finals were played out at the University of Birmingham, with all but the U11 matches on the Glass Court.

U19s: thrilling, and long !!!

A fabulous last four matches on a long and dramatic semi-finals day as Birthday Boy Alexander Dartnell becomes the USA’s first male U19 finalist with Egypt’s Eiad Daoud denying a US double by a whisker. The Girls top seeds won in contrasting fashion, Janna Galal in five and Nadien Elhammamy in straight games.

Top seed Adam Hawal denies USA’s Jack Elriani as Seifeldin Refaay ousts France’s second seed to set up an all-Egyptian final. Anahat Singh is one win away from a third BJO title, she’ll face second seed Malika El Karasky in the final.
