The January 2018 World Rankings have just come out, so what better time to look at how the world’s current top players did in their BJO days (we’re concentrating on the U19s but many of them have multiple younger titles).
Bottom line : 11 of the top 20 men won the BJO U19 title, and 8 of the Women’s top 20 did so (including both top threes). 13 of the top 20 men and 11 of the top 20 women won BJO titles.
